FOUNDER AND MASTER TRAINER

Marina founded Animal Instinct Fitness in 2017 after her passion for health and fitness inspired her to build this state of the art facility that can complement and adapt to any person's needs and goals.

Marina is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and holds a number of certifications in the health and fitness industry. She is currently continuing her studies as her diverse education is comprised of Western and Eastern Medicines along with Exercise Science. Between being a business owner and a student.. Marina is the definition of a powerhouse. Her energy exudes onto her clients and everyone she meets. Marina is able to blend her health and fitness background to benefit each person that walks through her doors at Animal Instinct Fitness.

Michelle

TRAINER AND COACH

Michelle has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years! A nationally certified personal trainer who is continuing her education to complete her certification in Corrective Exercise Science and Nutrition. Michelle's extensive experience in the fitness industry makes her the ideal trainer for our toning and boxing-cardio classes. She brings contagious energy to each one of her classes and is passionate about providing a diverse routine that  drives results, safely. Catch Michelle on Friday mornings!  

ANTHONY

TRAINER AND COACH

Anthony is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has experience in a wide range of physical instruction settings from Large Group Classes to one on one personal training sessions. Anthony’s passions have expanded beyond just fitness into nutrition coaching and education. Anthony is Precision Nutritional Level 1 certified and loves sharing his nutritional insight with his clients. Anthony is equipped to handle clients with injuries, athletes, elderly clients, and children. Jump in on one of Anthony’s Strength and Conditioning classes, held on Monday and Wednesday mornings! 

KC

TRAINER AND COACH

KC is a National Certified Personal trainer who’s focus lies within Strength, Conditioning and Injury prevention. KC has worked with Athletes and clients of all ages and skill levels along with over 5 years of training experience in a variety of professional settings. KC studied Exercise Science and Health Promotion for his undergraduate degree and now passionately applies his knowledge to designing programs for weight loss, muscle building and sculpting.
